At Katra, every fragrance is an offering — born from ritual, care, and a pursuit of the eternal. While we hope each bottle finds its rightful home, we understand there may be rare moments when something isn't quite as expected. Our return policy is shaped to honor both your trust and the sacred artistry behind each scent.


 

Return Window
You have 5 days from the day your perfume arrives to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition you received it.

  • It should be returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, we do not accept returns of opened or used perfumes. This ensures every bottle retains its purity and is never re-circulated once unsealed.

Please note: Discovery Set purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


 

How to Start a Return
Returns can be initiated through either of the following:

  • The Return/Exchange section in the Help area when logged into your Katra account

  • Or by writing to us at support@katrafragrance.com

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Simple instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


 

Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your perfume is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, reach out immediately. We will assess and resolve the matter with utmost care.


 

Exceptions — What Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Customized or limited-edition offerings

  • Gift wrapped Orders

  • Discovery Set purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The most seamless process is to return the product first. Once it is accepted, you may place a fresh order.


 

European Union Customers
For orders shipped within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


 

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status.
If approved, your refund will be initiated within 3-7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund confirmation, kindly contact us at support@katrafragrance.com.
