Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship both within India and internationally, bringing Katra’s essence to your doorstep no matter where you are.

  • India:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Regions: 5–8 business days

  • International:
    Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier services.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs, weather, or logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and stay committed to transparent updates.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: 

    • Shipping charges depend on your location and will be calculated and shown to you at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee applies to cover handling and verification.

  • International Orders: Shipping fees vary based on destination and order weight. Charges will be calculated and shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your fragrance’s journey until it arrives safely with you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Katra is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.

Packaging & Care

Your fragrance will arrive beautifully and securely packaged with eco-conscious materials, reflecting Katra’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us at support@katrafragrance.com within 48 hours with photos and order details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage customers to be familiar with their country’s import regulations.
